What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
A little rain won’t scare us off! We’ll still show up if it’s just a light drizzle. But if the weather
gets nasty - heavy rain, snow, or unsafe conditions. We’ll postpone your service to the next
clear day and send you a quick update.
How do you access my property?
Simply ensure that your gates are unlocked and pets are safely inside on your service
day.You don’t have to be home, we’ll take care of everything from there!
What do you do with the waste?
We scoop, bag, and leave it by your bins for free. Want it gone for good? No problem! We’ll
take it away for a small extra fee of $30 for one-time cleanups (4 big bags)
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
We charge $20 for each extra dog in your yard. Waste disposal beyond 4 large bags is $10
per extra bag. No surprises—what you see is what you pay!
Can my dog stay outside during the cleanup?
Your pet’s safety—and ours—comes first! All dogs must be indoors while we work. If your
dog is outside when we arrive, we’ll knock or send you a text. If it’s not safe to proceed, we
may need to reschedule or skip that visit.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find the next available slot that works for
you.
Need to cancel a service?
No problem! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance via email
